What is Roger 3?
Roger is an intelligent wireless technology that transmits speech directly to hearing aids and cochlear implants. Roger microphones allow people with hearing loss to learn, work and socialise easier - creating inclusive societies and benefiting personal wellbeing.

With the third generation Roger product range, these devices come with an unlimited number of digital receivers.
​
No more differentiation between iN and non-iN devices. All unlimited receivers will be 02 receivers, however, there will be no cross-compatibility between the Roger adult and Roger education portfolios'.

RogerDirect
Roger 3 microphones now contain an unlimited number of receivers for hearing aids with RogerDirect.
See below how to transfer these codes for each Roger device.
Roger On 3 - Roger Select 3 - Roger Table Mic 3

Switch on Roger On 3 microphone.

Press and hold the install button for two seconds until the indicator light starts to blink green or the hearing aid icons appears on the screen of the Roger device.

Place the Roger On 3 microphone on the table.

Switch on one hearing device and keep all other hearing devices switched off.

Place the hearing device close to the Roger microphone (within 10cm).

Wait approximately 5 seconds until the indicator light on the Roger microphone turns solid green or a check is displayed.

Repeat steps 2-6 with the second hearing device.
Roger Touchscreen 3

Swipe screen right-left to locate RogerDirect icon.​

Tap RogerDirect.
-
"Please wait" pop-up window is shown. Please note that it may take a few seconds to load.

Switch on a hearing device and place it on the Roger Touchscreen Mic. Ensure the hearing device is located within 10cm of Roger.

Tap press play icon.

Wait until you see the check on the display. Then switch off the hearing device and repeat the process for another hearing device.

The process can be interrupted by tapping the stop icon. If the set-up failed, please ensure the device is located within 10cm of the Roger Touchscreen Mic and repeat.

Tap Home (top left) when ready.
